Is the displayed price the final delivered price?
No. It is the base product price. Shipping, applicable taxes, site preparation and installation are quoted separately based on your ZIP code.
How long does production take?
The current planning estimate is approximately 40 days. International transit and final delivery are additional and vary by destination.
Do you keep US inventory?
Not at this stage. These models are currently produced to order.
What colors are available?
The current standard choices include pearl white, pure white and silver-white marble shells, with coffee or gray PVC cabinet panels. Availability is confirmed before production.
What does installation require?
A suitable foundation, drainage, safe access for delivery and electrical work confirmed by a licensed local electrician. Requirements vary by model and jurisdiction.
Are US certifications included?
Certification information is being confirmed model by model. We will not represent a model as certified for your location unless the relevant documentation is supplied and verified before order.
What is the warranty?
The current standard is a one-year whole-unit warranty with video diagnosis. The exact written terms supplied with your order control.
Can I order directly online?
We currently use a quotation process rather than instant checkout because freight, site conditions and electrical configuration must be confirmed first.
