Hot tubs are produced by specialist partner factories; our team is responsible for product selection, specification review, inspection, testing follow-up, packaging checks, loading coordination and after-sales communication.
For CedarTide orders, Sauna Health Technology Co., Ltd. is the contracting, invoicing and payment-receiving entity. We do not ask customers to pay personal accounts.
